Abdesselam ABOUDRAR is the Chairman of the Central Authority for corruption Prevention in Morocco, and Chairman of the Arab Anti-corruption and Integrity Network. He is a civil engineer (graduated from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées - ENPC Paris, 1973), Economist (University of Rabat 1980), and MBA (ENPC – Paris 2000). He developed an extensive experience (1974-1998) as a civil engineering consultant, especially in the field of project appraisal, project management and project finance.
In 1998, he joined the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG) which is the main financial public institution in Morocco (savings custody, institutional investment and fund management). He was in charge of the savings, insurance and pension department (1998-2003) and was nominated in November 2002 Secretary General of CDG, then, in March 2006 Deputy Director General. In August 2008, he was appointed as Chairman of the Central Authority for Corruption Prevention in Morocco.
Mr. ABOUDRAR is an Executive Committee member of the International Association of Anti-Corruption Authorities (IAACA) since November 2010 and Chairman of the Arab Anti-Corruption and Integrity Network (ACINET) since December 2011. Mr. ABOUDRAR was appointed in May 2012 as member of the Moroccan Supreme Body for National Dialogue on the Reform of Justice.
He is an active member of a number of scientific, professional and citizenship organizations and president of Driss Benzekri Foundation for Human Rights and Democracy
